Similar to the previous week, the plan was to take all of my attempts. This time my openers would be reverse mini, and my second and thirds reverse light band. Benching reverse band feels too easy, but it's hard to know exactly how much tension I should be expecting when I've never trained this way.
Again this is very different than what I'm used to, but I'm trusting that Brian knows what he's doing.

Squats went 380 reverse mini (opener), 410 reverse light (second), 430 reverse light (third)

Bench went 220 reverse mini (opener), 240 reverse light (second), 250 reverse light (third)

Deads went 370 reverse mini (opener), 390 reverse light (second), 410 reverse light (third)
