Besides being back to the drawing board with my bench, almost 6 months post shoulder surgery, I have come to the realization that I never really new what tight was. When you build from scratch you rid the old bad habits and build new ones. Also when you train with a great crew that picks out your weaknesses it can only make you a better lifter.
Still feeling a bit of a tug in my shoulder I'm still a bit hesitant benching but I'm sure with strength gains and technique improvements I will be benching bigger numbers before I know it.

Good arm pump going and upper back is feeling the "staying tight" part of training. Bench gains are coming, one rep at a time.
