I'm now on week two of the Minimalist Method, coached by Brian Schwab, and 11 weeks out from the USPA showcase series Hybrid Performance meet in Miami Florida.

This week's squat session was a reverse band triple, something I have never done before. The program called for average bands up to 405, and I quickly discovered that an average band at my height was preeetty easy.  We upped the weight to 415, watch the video below to see how it went.
