Looks like when I got tired I started pushing off of my knees. Such a cheater. I struggle with these because I'm not an upright squatter to begin with, so these really drive me forward. They were hurting my hips too...now I'm just making excuses.

Bulgarian split squats
3x10 each body weight
Accessories focused on quads and some traction with the reverse hypers. Deadlift days will be more hamstring and glute focused.
