Just out here trying to make lifetime goals, the next ones. Sunday training. Getting it up for my training log and feeling good about a lot of things, and less so about others. But if that's not a token of life then I don't know what is. 6 weeks? Is that it now? . . So many people become jaded through competition and training and LIVING for so long. But it doesn't matter how you feel. It matters what you do. I feel exhausted. I feel hurt. I feel pain. I feel fear. And I feel defeated. But I keep going. I do what I intend to. I want others to see their will is more important than their feeling. That's what was discussed so heavily on @ritual__apparel podcast earlier this week. Many view it as arrogance, but if I may quote myself yet again, "it doesn't matter how you feel". I continue. And if you can, you better. If not, you will be overtaken and you will be forgotten. Not because of your failures, but because of your cessation. Not choosing, is still a choice after all. . . . . @garrettfear @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching A post shared by Joe Sullivan (@joesullivanpowerlifter) on
