Big set of 485x5x5 second eccentrics on close stance squats today. This about the worst feeling a squat can get, for me at least. A wider stance has always felt more comfortable for me with a good range of motion and good power. I guess I was built for gear?

Dead stop leg presses felt heavy as fuck because of the reset between reps. By reset I mean once the sled hits the pins, I completely relax my legs before starting the next rep.

Sled drags and Hamstring curls to finish off the pump. And Palloff presses for good measure.
