This was a super fun session, I got to deadlift with two members (one who I program for) and an old training partner. The main movement was deadlifts, they were SUPPOSE to be off a block but I still do not know how to read, we went from the floor. And include chains until form broke with sets of 4. We slapped 405 on the bar and went to town with chains, I was almost able to put every chain on in the gym but stopped 2 short as it was taking forever. I ended deadlifts doing 405 + 14 chain's with straps, it was a good day. The Splits squats with SSB to end this was BRUTAL and I was cussing a lot.

Rack/Block Deadlift with chains – work up to about 315-365 bar weight, then start adding 1-2 chain to each side each set. You’ll do sets of 4. Work up til form breaks. NOT looking for a max. 405+14
Meadows row – 4x10: 35-50-45-45
Wide lat pulldown – 3x12: 120
Straight arm pulldown (use ez bar attachment) – 4x12, lean forward a hair to get a good stretch in the lats: 100
Back raise – 50-75 total reps. Just bodyweight, rest as needed: GHR
Split squat – 4x15 each, elevate front foot on platform/step (use weight if possible): SSB
