went for a "DE-5rm" these felt good but I had to watch in slow ,onion to be happy that I got to parallel (I have never been known to burry squat's, nor do I think I need to IMO). Either way I felt great but as I walked around after training my back locked the F up. Still is pretty bad as I type this.
we got some of the NBS fitness powerlifting team taking singles on squats with chains and deadlifts with wagon wheels!
