One Arm Pull-Up

I'm not sure what to do with this exercise except to say that this will definitely increase your "cool" quotient (CQ) with fellow gym-goers.

For example:

Bench 185lbs - CQ=1
Bench 500lbs - CQ=10
Lat Pulldown (doin' the stack) - CQ=0
One arm pull up - CQ=8
Wearing baggy pants - CQ=-7.845
Carrying around shaker bottle during workout - CQ=-5,000,482
