Swiss bar today went well, after conversing with coach and EliteFTS teammate David Allen when he watched my top set we decided to increase my bench max next wave of 5/3/1. Top set of the day was 270 x 3 and it moved very well. I have also reached out to EliteFTS teammate Casey Williams to aid me in my bench at it has been the thorn in my side for a bigger total in the 181 class. His cus today was to keep my leg drive static, as you will see in the video below my hips jump a little bit, this means I have more leg drive that I am not sustaining during my bench. I will be working on this in the future as it is one of the main culprits for my butt lifting during max attempts.

Accessories on bench day always destroy me and there is one simple reason why. The muscles that maximize ones bench press are weak as heck on me! I have done a great job of holding the weights in my lats but my chest, tricep, delt, and bicep development is teeeerrrrrble.
