After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

On this particular Tuesday I got back to some training after taking some time off after the meet. Right now my goals are to just keep training, and try to build some good momentum and add some muscle while I begin to prepare for my wedding day in June. I'm also currently in the process of closing in on a new home, so times are incredibly busy and stressful. Each day, so long as I can get in the gym, I'm thankful for it and just glad I'm able to do some kind of maintaining. We'll see what kind of progress I can make over this time span.
