After Kettlebell class I went out to do some benching because during Kettlebell class a small miracle happened with witnesses. I lifted my arm straight up, no bend. This is progress, 4 months and 10 days post surgery and little things every day keep happening to improve. I am aiming for the RPS meet in June, if things keep going this good on March 28th my next Surgeon's appointment I hope to get the go ahead to train away, no restrictions.
