Update on my hand
Cuts are mostly healed, knuckles are still a little swollen and aching, but about 80% better than last week. I would describe it as feeling like a light sprain at this point.
Finally! Some normalcy! I was quite happy with how training went this week since last week felt like a total bust. Weights are all still pretty light, but focus is on technique.
