Getting more confident in my bench today, my bicep felt a bit iffy today but I think that was from the treatment I had on friday. I wanted to feel a bit more weight today and the progress is amazing, no tucking today on my surgery arm.

I'm feeling my lats today which is a good feeling, I am going to aim for a meet in June providing my training over the next 5 weeks goes well. I just need to break the barrier of getting under the regular squat bar with my ROM on my right shoulder, then it's go time !
