I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 IPA Grand Prix Nationals at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on October 24th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Tuesday was some speed squats and deads followed up with some work up sets. Overall it wasn't a bad session. I was a bit displeased with my squatting, but I'll take it for what it was. I'm going to hold myself accountable and work on this more next week during the deload. But I'm pleased with how things felt and with where I am. Things are still looking to be on track.
