I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Tuesday I was back to some speed and rep work, but this week the emphasis was on my deadlift. It was a pretty good session and I hit a nice rep PR with my deadlift against the chains. It feels good knowing that I can probably easily pull 405 for 10+ reps. My sumo pull has made some great strides in only a year or so, and I'm hoping to continue to make improvements upon it. Still some minor technical things to work on to make lockout easier, but strides in the right direction. Oh, and I still hate chair deadlifts...so these will be around for a bit.
