While the weight is really light, I'm finding incline benching to be quite humbling!

Thursday Block Pulls

Another humbling training session. Who would've though pulling from higher up makes it harder? I was controlling the weight down slow like Goggins always has me do, but I got the go ahead to drop the bar faster next week. Yay!

All the power racks were taken at this point, so I ended up having to clean the bar up for my front squats, this was no fun and a realization that I suck at cleans.
