Brian designed and sells the Home GHR (a floor based GHR in which the user can incorporate a push up for assistance), the OBB Power Handles (which attach to the bar for squatting to reduce shoulder stress as well as to perform numerous other exercises) and the Powerloop (which is used on the wrists to help with scapular retraction and the cue to “spread the bar” while benching). Brian also provides online coaching, primarily for non-competitive lifters looking to safely increase their strength while incorporating the powerlifts.
