Mickey Belaineh

Mickey Belaineh started Powerlifting at Texas A&M in the Spring of 2012, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science. With the exceptional support from the A&M team and coach, she went on to be the 2012 USAPL Collegiate National Champion (198-pound class) after having only eight weeks to learn how to powerlift and train. She is now attending Harvard Law School, and has since been a USAPL Raw National Champion (Junior/Open), an IPF Raw World Champion (Junior), and holds three USAPL American Records (Raw).

Best session (technique wise) I've had in a long while. Mobility is up, and as a result so are my lifts. Everything was clicking in these past two sessions. Beltless work: Pin Squats up to 285 for doubles at 8rpe, and Pause Deadlifts up to 365 for doubles at 8rpe.
