Each year we create a poll to determine the most popular training methods and systems. This year we had close to 5000 people take the survey.
How many of you hire online coaches?
Twelve percent said they use an online coach.
What are you training for?
77% said they were training for competitive powerlifting or strength-focused training.

* To take some of our own reader bias out of this, we posted and boosted the survey several times on our Facebook page- each time we focused on a different strength-based demographic; powerlifting, bodybuilding, figure, physique, bikini, crossfit, strength and conditioning, football, strongman, etc.
