Swiss Bar Grappler Press

This is a great exercise that will put some unholy fire in your biceps.  It is essentially an incline press with a swiss bar that adds isometric stress on the biceps and lats.

Begin by unracking the bar as you would for an incline press.  At the bottom of each rep, you will sit up, holding the swiss bar at a 90 degree angle, as shown in the video.  After a pause, sit back and press the bar back up with an explosive hip extension.  Enjoy the pain!
