At 36 years old, two-time Super Bowl champion James Harrison isn't stopping anytime soon. Or even showing signs of slowing down.

Harrison, the 6-foot, 275-pound outside linebacker known for his long career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, has recorded an incredible 647 tackles and 72 sacks (via NFL.com) throughout his thirteen-year stint in the NFL. After a shortened season with Cincinnati in 2013, Harrison has returned to the Steelers and appears to be training hard for the upcoming season:

In the video, Harrison is pressing what appears to be 405 pounds plus around 80 pounds in chains for two (and nearly three) reps with the shoulder saver pad. An incredible display of strength from one of the NFL's best.
