I hope you have been enjoying these challenges. Today's challenge targets all muscle groups, work hard!

Double Kettlebell chains for the win. Chains are a series of one movement after the other. Set your timer it’s easier than trying to count reps with chains.

Double Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat/Snatch 

Try this for a 2 min set, if you need to rest during the 2 mins then do it in the overhead position or rack position without setting your bells down. Make sure you breath and treat every rep as a single rep, slow and controlled not fast and sloppy. This series flows nicely together and if done properly targets full body!

Do a minimum of 5 sets with a full 1 min rest between the 2 min sets. 

Not enough of a challenge for you? Up your bell size don’t be afraid to work hard, train like a beast, sweat like a rented mule and go out of your comfort zone.
