This day's training was actually in the planning for over a month. I came across one of Julia's deadlift sets on social media and asked if I could offer some feedback, Little backstory, I handled Julia at the 2017 Arnold so I am not just randomly offering unwanted advice. So we decided to sync up Friday, cause we were both deadlifting anyway, and go over some concepts I have learned from my other EliteFTS teammates, mainly Coach Murph and Coach Pollack

My copilot Yvonna (my massage therapist and client) and I showed up early as I had my foot to the floor since we left Louisville Later than expected so we ended up getting in an hour before Alycia told us to, sorry girl. After warming up I had to find the best-suited rack for reverse band pulls, we went with the yellow rack. This also ended up being the best choice for lighting, made my quads look half the size of Casey's, lol. Yvonna's session went great as she pulled against bands with more weight at the top than she has felt in a long time, Julia's session and positioning was a success, her patience was great and she moved 331 very smoothly, and my pulls ended well.

My boss and EliteFTS teammate David Allen did his conditioning thing and my co-worker bobby got in some deadlifts. He has done NO heavy lifting since our last meet and think he messed around and pulled his opener I think? Although a struggle impressive for not moving a barbell in a month!

I cannot thank this company enough for the venues they offer, the opportunities they have created for me and the networking they have allowed! I was able to help out attendees that were at the compound both days and that is where my heart is, coaching others. Much love for Dave entrusting me to represent his company in my day to day life, and in the presence of other great strength coaches, athletes, and owners. Much thanks, more than can be typed out, to David Allen for allowing my education to continue and getting me to these seminars.
