I'm currently in a two week off season focusing on volume and more bodybuilding style of training. I plan to pick back up to more powerlifting training starting on May 23rd, 2015. My goal for these few weeks is to allow for a bit more recovery on my joints and just have some fun.

Since I was out of town for the whole weekend I had to take a little bit of time off training and cram this final week in with training four days in a row. I kicked the week off with my arm session, and this was a really quick session with a lot of volume. This is my final week of volume work before getting back into some more powerlifting training, so it's going to be bittersweet. A very solid, fun day. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm ready to get back to handling some heavier weights soon.
