He has logged more than 40,000 hours of training and consulting with professional, elite, gen pop and novice athletes, trainers and coaches. He has spoken at over 100 events and authored 20 books, as well as, writing over 2000 articles for magazines and prominent websites. Dave competed in Powerlifting between 1983-2004 obtaining elite rankings in multiple weight classes.
