Upper Body Deload Week
Since I’m still training for size I’ve just lowered my intensity a bit and I’m still pushing the volume fairly hard during this deload.
Axle Clean & Press, Axle Press out of Rack (PR w/Video) and Yoke Squats
I had plans of working up to 365 for a single on the axle press out of the rack, but after the way 355 felt I decided to shut it down there.

While my squat isn't great I'm happy it's moving in the right direction.

Monday Heavy Lower
Worked full gear full set up to second attempt at meet. Felt great. Did a lot of walking Saturday at the Taste of Soulard so legs were not as fresh as they could have been.
Primary Leg Workout
I implemented a new squat variation today which felt great and will likely become a staple in my workouts moving forward.
XPC Prep: Bench(shoulder night)
I was on the road this past weekend and I needed a week out of my shirt.

Taking It Outside
