DOMS Recovery 3 Weeks Out
Ever had DOMS so bad you could hardly walk? Me too, after Lower Max, that is why this training session I listened to my body, I loosed up my muscles and joints utilizing my kettlebells and Battling Ropes.

We are going to run a few months of three week waves of bench press type movements (touching a shirted bench press every 3rd week).
