Sheri Whetham

Sheri Whetham works full-time in the Justice system and also trains/coaches several people in the fitness industry, utilizing kettlebells as a primary source of conditioning and training. She also coaches several people who compete in Girevoy (Kettlebell) Sport and has been competing in the sport since 2010, winning several competitions in the USA and Canada. Whetham competes in powerlifting in the 148/165/181-pound weight class, winning her division at the Canadian Nationals and is a three time gold medal champion at the WPC World Powerlifting Championships and recently received best lifter setting 4 new World Records. Whetham holds 19 World Records and 33 national Records. Her current best squat is 380 pounds, her best bench is 200 pounds, and her best deadlift is 451 pounds. Whetham's best total is 1003 pounds.

Training lately has really been working on my weaknesses, hence the amount of block pulls I did on today's training, I can pull 420 off the floor I just need to get it past my knees, (I don't know, something about rules ) and with the Arnold's less than 5 weeks out I am really focused on turning my weeknesses into strengths. My program is based on 95% of my maxes, I never max out for P.R.'s in training, I save that for the platform.
