Making this workout more difficult than it already is, I had about 1 minute rest between each movement. One, because I’m working on time management. Two, I was more focused because time management.

Make It Count
Why is it that we build this anxiety and added pressure on ourselves. We become almost different on meet day. There is absolutely nothing different from meet day and your training approach. Don't drink or eat something you haven't had before. Don't try new rituals because they 'might' help. Just lift.
A little bit about what I do
Intimidation or weaknesses motivate me. Whether that's public speaking, writing, or setting an audacious goal, I force myself to step out of my comfort zone.
Training - Squats
Don't feel so confident with a higher bar placement, so I went back to what works for now. 4 weeks out and don't want to make technical changes that I'm not ready for this close to a meet.

Training - Bench and Deads
Feeling strong but mechanically felt all over the place. Back and quads are taking over and really need to open up my hips. Looks like chair deadlifts are in my future.
