Jo is married with three daughters (16, 13, and 8). He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Recreation Management. He is the practice manager of his wife's veterinary clinic as well as a stay-at-home dad. He resides in Orlando, Florida where he trains at Orlando Barbell.
